ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR KINGSPORT CHRISTIAN ACADEMY

1. Review all KCA Information and Pray
You may download all application forms from www.kcalions.net


2. Complete all Admissions Forms

□ Application and medical release form (one per child)

□ Parental statement of faith (one per family) New families only

□ Course Registration Form (one per family)

□ Tuition payment option form (one per family)

□ $25 application fee (one fee for the whole family) and $25 per child/per class deposit

Return all forms to KCA. You can drop off the forms on the following days/times:

March 6th, 11th or 20th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm or 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm upstairs
outside of room 206.

You may also mail your forms to : P.O. Box 6212, Kingsport, TN 37663.

3. Family Interview
Each new family applying for admission will be interviewed to verify that KCA is the best educational option for your child. This meeting enables us to personally answer any questions about KCA. The admissions committee conducts this one-time interview. A representative of KCA will call to arrange the interview once your application has been processed.

4. New Family Orientation August 14, 2008 (time and location to be announced)
This meeting is mandatory for all new families. It will orient you and your child to classroom locations, drop off/pick up procedures, as well as a comprehensive look at the policy manual. This is your chance to get any and all of your questions answered before classes begin. You will also have an opportunity to meet your teachers for the year.
